Welcome to the website of the the 2021 Independent Review of the Banking Code Compliance Committee (BCCC). This review was conducted at the request of the BCCC by Phil Khoury of cameron. ralph. khoury and was completed in late November 2021.

We have now completed our independent review of the BCCC and our Final Report is available for download by clicking this link.
Our report should be read in the context of the Independent Review of the Banking Code of Practice 2021 by Mike Callaghan, which was conducted in parallel with our own review. You can access that report at the website of the Australian Banking Association via this link.

The Interim Report summarises the information gathered so far. It sets out some preliminary thinking and options and questions for stakeholders. Of course, you need not confine comment to the questions we pose and are welcome to give your view on any matters set out in the Interim Report.
